1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nen Archive, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Non-Commercial Fan Use License
This website is provided free of charge as an analytical fan project. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content and complete personality assessments for non-commercial personal entertainment.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All original manga and anime assets, lore concepts, and trademarks referenced belong to Yoshihiro Togashi, Shueisha, Viz Media, and Madhouse / Nippon TV. Nen Archive claims copyright only over its original code implementation, UI components, custom mathematical scoring algorithms, and aggregate analytical data.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and personality assessments are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results are generated for psychological research and entertainment purposes within the fictional universe of Hunter x Hunter.
